University of New Orleans - All of UNO's Graduate and Undergraduate programs are fully accredited by both the SACS and the AACSB International.

Southern University at New Orleans - It is placed in the top 20 nationally in campus safety according to StateUniversity.com's Safe Schools report in November, 2009.

Louisiana State University - It is designated as a land-grant, seagrant, and space-grant institution. The University has been rated as the 88th best public university in the nation by Forbes magazine.

University of Louisiana at Lafayette - 100% of all undergraduate programs at UL Lafayette that are eligible for accreditation by professional agencies are accredited. It is a selective admissions university.
