- Ranked among the nation's top 50 “Best Value” public colleges for 2010 by The Princeton Review.
- It was also ranked the “best value” university in California, according to the February 2010 issue of Kiplinger's Personal Finance magazine.
The University of Virginia
- Ranked No. 1 for the second year in a row among 50 "best value" public colleges and universities, according to The Princeton Review (2010).
- Based on the quality of both its academic and financial aid offerings, the University is rated 3rd among more than 500 public four-year colleges and universities across the nation for "best value", according to the 2010 ranking by Kiplinger's Personal Finance magazine. The magazine lists U.Va.'s in-state total price – including tuition, fees and room and board – at $19,312, but $4,815 after the average financial aid package.
Swarthmore College
- It has been named the "Best Value Private College for 2010," according to the Princeton Review and USA Today. The selection criteria covered more than 30 factors in three areas: academics, cost of attendance, and financial aid, using the most recently reported data from each school from the 2008-2009 academic year.
The Citadel Graduate College (CGC)
- It is ranked by U.S.News & World Report (2010) as the No. 1 Best Value and the No. 2 Best Public University in the South offering up to a master's degree. The Citadel is accredited by The Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
Grove City College
- U.S. News & World Report has ranked Grove City College the No. 1 "Best Value" in its category for the 2007 guide. It also remains at the top of the "America's Best Colleges" list among northern comprehensive colleges, listed at 7th.
