According to the Complete University Guide 2016, Cambridge was ranked 1st in the UK for Psychology.

The University of Bath's Department of Psychology moved up one place to 2nd in the 2016 Complete University Guide, with an overall score of 99.4, just 0.6 behind first placed Cambridge. The Department scored highly in all categories, and in particular had the highest score for student satisfaction.

The University of Kent was ranked 15th out of 114 Psychology departments in the UK in the Complete University Guide 2016 subject tables. Moreover, the QS World University Rankings 2015 placed the University of Kent as among the top 150 in the world for Psychology.

Royal Holloway's Psychology was ranked 21st in the Complete University Guide 2016, and 20th in the Guardian University Guide 2016.

The University of Sussex was rated among the top 25 universities in the country for psychology in the Complete University Guide 2016 and the Guardian University league table 2016. It was also ranked 18th in the country for psychology in the Times University Rankings 2015/2016.
