Durham University - Durham Law School was ranked 4th Law School in the UK in the 2008 RAE. Additionally, the School returned 100% of its staff in the RAE. The School has achieved the top rating of "Excellent" for its teaching in its last inspection by the Quality Assurance Agency and is consistently rated one of the top UK law schools by the Good University Guide.
University of Strathclyde - The Law School was rated Highly Satisfactory in the last Teaching Quality Assessment Exercise carried out by the Scottish Higher Education Funding Council (SHEFC) and rated 5 (top) in the most recent SHEFC Research Assessment Exercise. In April 2008 Strathclyde Law School was ranked 10th out of 89 in the UK in both the 2009 Good University Guide and the Times Good University Guide.

Queen's University Belfast - The School of Law received a top 10 ranking in RAE 2008, finishing 7th in the UK, with a weighted average score of 2.80. The results show that 95% of research in the School is of international quality and above (4*, 3* and 2*), with 60% of research rated as world-leading or internationally excellent (3* and 4*).
Newcastle University - Newcastle Law School is ranked 2nd among UK Law Schools for student satisfaction (National Student Survey), and is ranked 3rd among UK Law Schools generally (Sunday Times University Guide 2011).
