Strathclyde Law School
- According to the Research Assessment Exercise (RAE) 2008, it is ranked 13th in the UK out of 67, and 2nd in Scotland with 60% of its research activities rated in the top two categories: 3* (internationally excellent) or 4* (world class).
- Received the highest grade possible (‘exemplary’) after the official independent review conducted by the Quality Assurance Agency.

Dundee Law School
- It is one of only two Law Schools in the UK to have 100% of its research rated as being of international standard in the RAE 2008.
- Ranked in the top 15 of all law schools in the United Kingdom by The Guardian and The Good University Guide 2010.
- It offers qualifying undergraduate LLB degrees in both Scots law and English law.

University of Glasgow School of Law
- The School of Law is one of Scotland's oldest and largest law schools.
- It has received excellent ratings for its research in the RAE 2008 results.

Edinburgh Law School
- The School is ranked 5th in the UK and 1st in Scotland on 4* quality by volume measure, and 8th in the UK and 1st in Scotland on 4* + 3* by volume measure (RAE 2008).
