The U.S. News & World Report survey’s “Master's Universities” (schools that provide a full range of undergraduate and master's-level programs) category includes institutions within four geographic regions (North, South, Midwest and West). Following are some of the best ranking Master's Universities in the US:

Rollins College:
- Rated No. 1 among regional universities in the South in the annual rankings of "America's Best Colleges" by U.S. News & World Report 2010.
- Placed among the Top 40 of master's- level college and universities in the number of students studying abroad, according to the Institute of International Education's Open Doors Report 2007.
- Listed among the nation’s top schools in The Princeton Review's 2009 The Best 296 Colleges guide.

Elon University:
