Founded in 1965, The University of Kent is a leading plate glass campus university in Kent (England), ranked among the Top 30 institutions in the UK in Guardian University League Table and placed among the World's Top 500 institutions.
The University has three faculties:
- ranked in the rank range of 401-500th in the Times Higher Education - QS World University Rankings in 2007 and 2008.
- Voted the No. 1 university in London and the south-east in the National Student Satisfaction survey.
