Eastern Michigan University (EMU) is a leading comprehensive, co-educational public university located in the U.S. state of Michigan. The University comprises the following Colleges and Schools: Arts and Sciences; Business; Education; Health and Human Services; Technology; Honors; Graduate School.
Eastern Michigan University is fully accredited by the Higher Learning Commission, a subcommittee of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. EMU teacher education programs are accredited by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE) and approved by the Michigan Department of Education.
The EMU Occupational Therapy Program is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) of the American Occupational therapy Association (AOTA).
