It was the first Business College in Idaho to receive accreditation from AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) in 1978. Idaho State University's Clinical Laboratory Science Program is accredited by the National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences (NAACLS). The School of Nursing baccalaureate nursing programs are fully accredited by the Commission for Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
