Of the 437 master's programs in business accredited by the AACSB and included in the magazine's annual survey, Clarkson’s School of Business came in at 101st. The Coulter School of Engineering received a ranking of 112th overall. Other rankings included civil engineering at 58th, chemical engineering at 58th, electrical engineering at 120th, and mechanical engineering at 84th. The Doctor of Physical Therapy program was ranked at 115th.

- 26th overall in Environmental Engineering and 62nd in Civil Engineering (USNWR Best Graduate Schools 2009).
