Best Undergraduate B-Schools 2010

The University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business took the top spot (rated No. 1) in the Bloomberg BusinessWeek's 2010 ranking of the best undergraduate business programs in the nation. The Mendoza College of Business offers a broad range of academic and extra-curricular opportunities to its undergraduate students. Business students may pursue majors in Accountancy, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Information Technology, Management Consulting, or Marketing.

In the BusinessWeek Best Undergraduate B-Schools 2010 annual survey, the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon is ranked #2 in Starting Salaries (Tied with Wharton and Georgetown); #7 in Academic Quality; #13 in MBA Feeder School; and #22 in Undergraduate Business Program.

Northern Illinois University (NIU) College of Business is ranked 94th nationally out of a very small group of 111 elite business schools that made BusinessWeek's final short-list of programs designated as The Best Undergrad B-Schools in the country for 2010, ahead of other leading b-schools such as University of Iowa (#96), Loyola (#103) and University of Illinois at Chicago (#105). NIU received high marks from its business students in the areas of Quality of Faculty (A+) and Quality of Job Placement Services (A).

The University of Delaware's Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics is rated 25th among the nation's top 53 public university programs, marking the fourth year in a row that it has been recognized among the best business schools in the country. It is ranked 61st among 111 public and private schools with international accreditation from the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business.

Bloomberg BusinessWeek Best Undergraduate B-Schools 2010 has ranked the undergraduate business program at the Mason School of Business at the College of William & Mary among the best 25 programs in the nation. It is ranked 8th among public universities. The Mason faculty made the grade with an "A+", according to the survey which measures student satisfaction, postgraduation outcomes, and academic quality.
