According to the U.S. News & World Report Top Art School Rankings, Rhode Island School of Design is ranked 1st nationally for its Masters of Fine Arts Program, followed by Yale (2nd) and School of the Art Institute of Chicago (3rd). Another three leading Arts institutions are ranked equal fourth in the league table: Cranbrook Academy, Maryland Institute, and Virginia Commonwealth University.
