HEC Management School - University of Liege (HEC-ULg) was created in 2005 by the merger of HEC Liège and the Economics and Management Departments of the public university, University of Liège.

HEC-ULg has the following Academic Departments: Economics; Finance and Law; Languages; Management; Operations. The Economics Department teaches courses in economic analysis and applied economics, offering programmes such as the Bachelor's in Economics and Business Management, and the Masters' in Economics.

The School offers a range of Bachelor and Master programmes including the Bachelor in Economics and Management; Bachelor in Business Engineering; Masters in Management Sciences; Masters in Economics; Masters in Management Engineering; Executive Masters; Master in Entrepreneurship; Special Master's Degrees (Environmental Management; Analysis, Control and Auditing; Finance; Fiscal Law; Management Sciences).

It also offers companies and organisations tailor-made training sessions.

Research Centres of the University include Social Economy Centre (CES); Research Centre in Public and Population Economics; Management and Economics Mathematics Study Group; Interuniversity Research Centre for Mathematical Education; Company Performance Study Centre; etc.
