Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU) is one of the largest universities in the UK, offering more than 1,000 courses and qualifications. It has the highest concentration of postgraduate taught courses in the North West.

It is one of the largest providers of science, engineering and technology education in the UK. MMU has world-leading research in sciences, arts, education and social sciences.
The University is one of the largest public sector providers of accountancy training in the North West. It is a platinum approved learning partner for the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and also offers the CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) professional qualification.
