GISMA Business School Profile
Founded in 1999, GISMA Business School is one of the leading business schools located in Hannover, Germany. The School is closely affiliated with the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University (Indiana, USA) and Leibniz Universität Hannover (Germany).
It offers a full-time MBA, a part-time Executive MBA, a part-time Young Professional MBA, and Executive Education programs.
The Young Professional MBA program is a two-year part-time degree for young academics with first work experience. The course is taught in English.
The International Master’s in Management Program (IMM) is an extra-occupational Executive MBA curriculum. It is offered by GISMA in cooperation with three leading business schools: Krannert School of Management (USA), TiasNimbas Business School of the Tilburg University & Technische Universiteit Eindhoven (the Netherlands), and Central European University’s CEU Business School (Hungary). The IMM is internationally accredited by the AACSB and the AMBA.
The full-time MBA program can be completed in only 11 months. Core Courses include Microeconomics, Accounting for Managers, Business Analytics, Behavior in Organizations, Financial Management, etc. Students can choose to participate in international exchange programs with USA, France and Spain.
In addition AACSB accreditation applies to the Purdue MBA program offered through GISMA. Students will receive a U.S. MBA degree (Purdue University's Krannert School of Management), and a German MBA degree granted by the LUH (Leibniz University of Hannover) upon completion of the program.
