MBS is the highest ranked business school in Asia Pacific. It is also ranked number one Australian business school in 2005 by the highly regarded London Financial Times (FT). In 2008 MBS EMBA was ranked in the world's top 45 overall, top four for ‘executive experience', and top seven for ‘aims achieve.

Accoring to the Financial Times (UK) 2005 ranking, AGSM  was the leading business school in Australia with an international ranking of 35 for its EMBA programs. According to the Financial Times MBA ranking 2006, Melbourne Business School is ranked top in the country and 63rd in the world, followed by Australian Graduate School of Management (83rd globally).
