European Top Business Schools

IMD (based in Switzerland) is the top ranked business school in the world. According to the Financial Times (FT) global survey of executive education providers in 2004, IMD was ranked first in Europe and 4th overall in the world. IMD’s MBA was also ranked first worldwide in the 2007 FT “Ranking of the Rankings,” the combined global MBA rankings from The Economist, Financial Times, Business Week, Forbes and Wall Street Journal.

INSEAD, a top-tier business school, ranked 4th globally by the Financial Times MBA Jan. 2004,  having risen from 6th in 2003. It was ranked 3rd among non-US schools by the Business Week MBA 2004. In 2005 it was ranked number 1 outside of the US by Forbes, number 9 in the international ranking by Wall Street Journal, number 11 by Economist Intelligence Unit, and number 5 overall by the America Economia.
