Required Courses for the M.B.A. in International Peace and Conflict Resolution include Introduction to Peace and Conflict Resolution, Field Studies in Costa Rica, Economic Development and the Environment, etc.

Required Courses for the M.B.A. in Leadership include Managing the Global Workforce, Contemporary Issues in Leadership, Global Issues of Social Responsibility and Law, etc.

Each concentration and certificate consists of five specialized courses. All courses are delivered in an online or blended format with weekend class meetings. The five courses in each concentration are also packaged as a stand alone Certificate of Graduate Studies.

Arcadia also offers the M.B.A. with an International Perspective. This is the only part-time degree program in the area to include two separate one-week study abroad experiences, one in a developed country and one in a developing economy. The two international experiences are required courses in the program and are 2 credits each. No additional cost for one-week study abroad experiences. The program is organized into five semesters over 22 months.

Graduate students are eligible to apply for financial aid. Graduate assistantships are available to all students registered for 9 credits or more per semester.

Arcadia’s undergraduate business program already is accredited by the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP). It is a member of the AACSB International—The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, the Middle Atlantic Association of Colleges of Business Administration (MAACBA), the American Institute of Graphic Design and the Service Members Opportunity Colleges.
