According to the Vault Survey, Stanford has the highest ranked law school nationally, with U of Michigan in the 2nd position and New York U in the 3rd position.

Stanford Law School is ranked in the top two positions by the US News & World Report annual rankings, behind Yale. Stanford offers three one-year master's degree programs and a doctoral degree (JSD) for foreign graduate students who have earned a law degree outside the United States.
