The Faculty of English Language and Literature at Oxford is the largest in Britain. They are consistently voted the top university for English by the Guardian University Guide, with a score of 100 per cent. The Faculty has a very distinguished research and teaching record, with teaching graded ‘Excellent’ in every Quality Assurance Exercise.
