The ranking recognises the excellence of the world’s ‘young’ universities (those under 50 years old) and places CQUniversity within the top 100-150 bracket. In addition, CQUniversity Australia has been named among the best universities in the world, claiming a spot within the Top 500 list of the prestigious and well-respected Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2016 – 2017.

CQUniversity was ranked within the top 3% of universities globally by QS World University Rankings 2016-2017. It was placed in the 601-650 rankings bracket.
