I totally agree - this ranking is ridiculous..
Cambridge only at 28 and St Andrews completely undervalued...

In the UK tables St Andrews has beaten Edinburgh and Glasgow for the past 4 years!

For you Brits, don't worry, from an American perspective this is way off as well. Many of those Public Universities (e.g. Univ. of Arizona and Virginia Tech. to name just a few) would never rank above Univ. of Chicago, Duke or PRINCETON! I'd disregard this entire list- I'm guessing 'webometrics' means it's based on popularity in web-searches.
