QS World University Rankings:
According to the QS World University Rankings 2015-16, CDU was ranked 86th internationally in the area of international students which reflects the growing international attractiveness of the university. In addition, CDU was ranked 551-600th globally in the 2016-2017 QS Rankings.

Times Higher Education:
Charles Darwin University has maintained its top 300 global rank in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings for 2016-17. It was ranked in the 251–300 category of institutions worldwide and placed equal 11th out of 35 Australian institutions. CDU was also listed in joint 31st position in the Times Higher Education “150 Under 50 Rankings 2016”, which identifies the top 150 universities around the world that are aged less than 50 years old.
